Point 1
We minimize the use of chemical fertilizers and agricultural chemicals and use organic compost such as rice bran and rapeseed lees to maximize the power of the soil in the rich land of Hokkaido.
Point 2
Refrigerate asparagus immediately after harvest.
Give them beauty sleep to keep freshness.
Pre-cooling immediately -> Stagnate the activity of life (like hibernation)
Refrigerator at home -> Tasty and delicious!
Point 3
Thicker stalks are quite tender.
The 2L size is thicker than three pencils!
Asparagus has the same number of fibers per fiber regardless of its thickness.
